"The moment you step into the chalet, a sense of relaxation sets in—it's truly delightful!"

Tucked away in the highly sought-after Rond-Point des Pistes area in Méribel, Chalet Serenis—named for the tranquility it exudes—is an invitation to relaxation and mountain-style comfort. Connected to a complex of apartments and designed to accommodate up to 15 guests, this wood-and-stone gem seamlessly blends authenticity, modernity, and top-tier amenities. Part of the Singular Stone collection, which brings together exceptional properties, Chalet Serenis is carefully selected to offer an authentic and refined experience that elevates the art of à la française living.

With direct access to the slopes, hotel-style services—including a concierge available seven days a week—and a postcard-perfect landscape, guests can make the most of their stay. The best part? As parents themselves, the owners have made the chalet completely kid-friendly: a cozy reading nook designed like a cabin, ski schools just 50 meters away, and a foosball table to keep little ones entertained. And for the adults? A gym, a sauna… before everyone gathers around the fireplace or unwinds in the cinema room!

A 100% local
chalet

Spanning five levels—with an elevator—Chalet Serenis may be newly built (completed in 2022), but it perfectly embodies the traditional architecture of Méribel. Its dark wood and natural stone façade, typical of the region, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern touch? A spacious mezzanine with six-meter-high ceilings and vast windows that flood the living spaces with natural light while offering breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks.

Inside, the design balances warmth and intimacy. Large corner sofas surround a central fireplace, making it the perfect spot to gather after a day on the slopes. Children will love spending afternoons in the cabin-library, climbing the wall with handholds, or watching cartoons in the cinema room. Each floor of the chalet has its own distinct ambiance, allowing everyone to enjoy shared moments or retreat into their own activities as they please.

Designed for ultimate comfort, Chalet Serenis feels like a true cocoon. Its heated ski room offers direct access to the slopes, while a dedicated bike room provides easy storage during the summer months. After an active day, guests can unwind in the sauna, work out in the gym, or enjoy the game room, complete with a foosball table and home cinema. The chalet is also connected via a heated passage to an apartment complex featuring a jacuzzi, hammam, spa, and massage room—perfect for après-ski relaxation.

When it comes to services, everything is in place for a hassle-free stay: daily housekeeping, linen management, and a concierge available seven days a week. From the moment you arrive, ski equipment is ready in the ski room, so both beginners and experienced skiers can hit the slopes without delay!

Méribel,
the beautiful

While Méribel is best known for its 650 km of slopes in the world’s largest ski area, the resort has much more to offer! Its high altitude ensures excellent snow coverage in winter, while in summer, it transforms into a paradise for mountain biking, trail running, and hiking enthusiasts.

Food lovers won’t be disappointed, with standout spots like the restaurant at Hôtel Le Coucou, renowned for its refined cuisine. And for those looking to party, La Folie Douce is just a short chairlift ride away.

Here, you’ll find the authentic charm of a mountain village, where everything is within walking distance and the family-friendly spirit remains strong—something Gary, the (happy) owner of Chalet Serenis and a (big) fan of Méribel, truly appreciates.

In summer, we soak up the sun on the balconies.
