"The project of a lifetime"
Juliette and Richard, a couple in their thirties with a deep appreciation for nature, left their careers in the events and communications sector in Paris to return to their roots in Normandy. “The moment we stepped through the door, we were captivated: the expansive rooms, the abundant light, and the gentle ambiance filled us with joy and peace. It felt like destiny during our visit to the estate… Since that day, we’ve dedicated ourselves to creating a lifestyle centered around wellness and community,” the couple shares. The Château, originally a 17th-century hunting lodge, was extended in the 19th century, transforming into Château de Villeneuve, then owned by the Countess of the era. Three modern lodges are located on the estate’s other end, offering an enchanting retreat into nature. This little slice of paradise is a discovery in any season, proving to be a successful venture more than a year after their widely celebrated opening. Tending to their success plans for a third lodge are already underway!

Staying at the Château for a whole week or just for the weekend, means enjoying the privacy and comfort of a well-equipped property of over 450m2, with a stylish décor: seven bedrooms including a family suite, a family kitchen where you can imagine preparing a royal feast, a lounge for lounging around the fireplaces or wood-burning stove, a swimming pool to enjoy the evenings in summer, an outdoor sauna, two boules areas… In short, it is a choice venue for a successful vacation with up to 14 family members and friends. But that’s not all.

These havens were crafted by the enthusiastic couple, showcasing their strong passion for design and aesthetics.
Fashioned as nature-immersed cocoons, they derive inspiration from the enchanting realms of Scandinavian imagination. Each lodge presents two rooms, with one perched loftily on a mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room that gazes out through an immense glass window, inviting the sun’s rays to cascade in, with the picturesque Normandy countryside as the sole backdrop. Complete disconnection is assured. The pièce de résistance? Nordic wood-heated baths overlook the fields, perfect for simmering at a blissful 40 degrees. The irresistible urge to decelerate is guaranteed.

And for the more sporty, there’s a host of recreational activities: over 200 trail routes in the surrounding area via Ferrata, canoeing, paragliding, mountain biking… From the Maison, you can also organize workshops with a fascinating oenologist.
