In Ibiza, a beautifully renovated former finca – an agricultural estate – dating back to 1800, now transformed into a wellness holiday villa, tucked away in lush nature and just ten minutes from the sea.

The prettiest finca in Ibiza

"Can Nikita is very wellness-oriented, offering guests a cold plunge, a sauna, and even a yoga space in the forest."

Set on a lush five-hectare estate, Can Nikita is a traditional 1800s Ibizan home located just ten minutes from shops and restaurants and a short drive from popular beaches. With six bedrooms and hotel-level amenities, the  villa can host up to 12 guests, all ready to soak in the rhythm of the White Isle. The Ibiza villa features spacious, light-filled interiors—including large bedrooms, a cinema room, a kids’ playroom, and a beautifully landscaped garden that feels endless. “We wanted to create a place where you instantly feel at home, while being immersed in the wild beauty of Ibiza,” explains one of the owners.

The garden, a true extension of the villa, opens onto several outdoor spaces dedicated to relaxation: a pool, terrace, Nordic bath, barbecue, and even a tennis court. Everything has been designed with comfort in mind, from shaded corners to intimate hideaways. The atmosphere is serene—almost mystical—thanks to the ancient trees surrounding Can Nikita and the scent of local plants that lingers in the air. The highlight? Outdoor yoga sessions. And best of all, a top-tier range of hotel-style services completes the experience.

At Can Nikita, guests don’t just enjoy a beautiful holiday home—they experience something truly special. “We designed the villa so that every moment spent here is an opportunity to recharge,” says one of the owners. Whether it’s a yoga session on the wooden terrace, a swim in the pool—or a plunge into the cold bath for the more adventurous—or quiet meditation among the Mediterranean plants, every detail invites you to slow down and reconnect.

A special mention goes to the impeccable on-site service: daily housekeeping, breakfast included, and exclusive activities like tastings or olive picking for a true immersion in the local spirit. It’s the perfect place for those looking to escape mass tourism while staying close to the island’s main attractions. “Ibiza has always been a place for us to reconnect with nature, and we wanted our villa to reflect that,” adds one of the proud owners.

From
finca to villa

Before becoming the beautiful villa it is today, Can Nikita was a traditional countryside house, deeply rooted in Ibiza’s agricultural heritage and originally built in the 1800s. A few years ago, the owners, Victor and India—passionate about the island and its unspoiled nature—set out to renovate the former home into a modern, ultra-comfortable haven of peace, all while preserving the soul of the original finca.

“We wanted to preserve the history of the place while integrating it into our vision of a modern, simple space that opens up to nature,” explains Victor. The project was guided by a deep respect for local materials and traditional Ibizan architecture, enhanced with just the right touch of modernity. From the cold plunge to hotel-quality bedding, the sauna to the tennis court, no detail was overlooked. The result? A villa where guests truly want for nothing.

A renovation
that couldn’t be more successful

The renovation of Can Nikita was guided by a desire to create harmony between the old and the new. Inside, the mix of natural materials and contemporary design brings a warm, soothing atmosphere. The inspired owners chose materials that blend naturally with the surroundings—wood, stone, and marble—while the carefully selected furniture combines comfort with local craftsmanship. Each room features unique pieces that add character and a true sense of place.

The bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are a true tribute to the diversity of Ibiza. One stands out with striking red mosaics, while another features hypnotic patterns inspired by the surrounding nature. The highlight of the villa is undoubtedly the wooden cabin tucked away in the garden—a space designed for total immersion in nature.
