Tucked away in Ibiza’s rolling green hills, San Lorenzo is a spacious villa designed to host up to twenty guests. With its peaceful setting, lush gardens, and top-tier amenities, it strikes the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and serenity.
A finca turned into a boho-chic haven
"The villa enjoys a prime natural position, offering breathtaking views over Ibiza’s fertile plains."
Ibiza may be famous for its all-night parties, but the island also holds a rich and vibrant hippie heritage that’s still very much alive. That’s the spirit you’ll feel at San Lorenzo — a true hidden gem, authentic and deeply connected to its surroundings. Just a few kilometers from the coast, tucked away in Ibiza’s lush hills, San Lorenzo is a beautifully restored finca, with interiors thoughtfully designed by decorator Carmen Straatsma.
Part of the Fincadelica collection, San Lorenzo is, along with Xarraca, one of the most stunning rental properties on the island. Cutting-edge amenities, nine suites spread across three buildings, a beautiful oval pool, lush Mediterranean gardens, and top-tier hotel-style services — everything’s in place for an unforgettable stay.
Ultimate
comfort

San Lorenzo is made up of several living spaces, each more airy and open than the last. Throughout the property, there’s a seamless flow between indoors and out. As one of the owners puts it, “Every room was designed to offer a unique experience, both in comfort and atmosphere.”
The central living room — with its soaring arched ceilings and vast windows — is the heart of the home. It opens onto a panoramic terrace, perfect for soaking in the sweeping views over the valley.
The nine suites are spread across three buildings — the main house, the garden house, and the tower — and are all bathed in natural light. Outside, the limestone-lined saltwater pool is the ultimate spot to unwind under the Ibizan sun. “Cool stone floors, grand archways, and traditional sabina wood ceilings pay tribute to Fincadelica’s storied past.”

A stay
defined by luxury
San Lorenzo stands out with a décor that blends timeless elegance and modern touches. Designer Carmen Straatsma of Studio C Ibiza — whose impeccable taste we’ve already admired at Xarraca — has masterfully combined natural tones and materials with vintage pieces, creating an atmosphere that’s both sophisticated and laid-back.
The bedrooms are dressed in high-quality textiles, from Egyptian cotton linens to silk rugs by Soufiane Zarib, and linen throws from Once Milano. Each room tells its own story: from retro furniture to unique artworks, and walls adorned with handmade textiles by local artists.
The amenities are just as impressive. The kitchen, equipped with a La Canche stove, is perfect for chef-worthy meals, while the poolside bar invites moments of pure conviviality. “We wanted San Lorenzo to be a place where luxury meets simplicity, a place where guests feel both pampered and free,” explains one of the owners.

Losing track of time
Around the Ibiza villa, the activities are endless! Whether you’re exploring the surrounding countryside on an electric bike, practicing yoga at sunrise, or trying your hand at sea fishing, San Lorenzo has something for everyone. The owners have thought of everything: “Our goal is for our guests to feel at home, with nothing to worry about.” A concierge service is on hand to arrange excursions, book activities, or even set up wellness treatments.
The house also boasts its own private club, a converted wine cellar that’s perfect for lively evenings or family movie nights. For those seeking a bit more tranquility, there’s the spa and its hammam. Special mention goes to the kids’ corner: a wooden cabin, a miniature tipi, balance beams, a grassy football field, and even a Noah’s Ark where little ones can lose track of time.
