An iconic villa perched on Ibiza’s north coast, with private beach access and front-row seats to breathtaking sunsets. With cascading gardens, a saltwater pool, and an exclusive beach club, everything here invites barefoot living and a carefree state of mind.
An iconic Ibiza hideaway
"Xarraca is a true haven where Mediterranean luxury, retro glamour, and bohemian elegance come together — an intimate, sophisticated escape on Ibiza’s most spectacular coastline, where the sunsets leave a lasting impression."
Ibiza has no shortage of beautiful villas, but Xarraca is in a league of its own. This legendary home is perched on the island’s north coast, with private beach access and sunsets that put postcards to shame. Tucked away in a garden filled with native plants — cacti, olive trees, bougainvillea — and delightfully retro striped parasols, it’s a place made for truly good times, inside and out.
This grand white building, straight out of a movie set — and even an inspiration for photographer Slim Aarons, who captured Xarraca during a stay in 1978 — boasts nine rooms with maritime and bohemian charm, accommodating up to 18 guests. With cascading gardens, panoramic terraces, a saltwater pool, and a private beach club, it’s a place where luxury, tranquility, and indulgence reign supreme.
From finca
to villa

Between palm trees and turquoise waters, Xarraca.
Built in the mid-19th century, if the walls of Xarraca could talk, they’d have a thousand stories to tell. “It’s a place full of soul,” says one of the owners. In the 1970s, the house played host to a vibrant ball, attended by Hollywood stars, royalty, and bohemian spirits radiating elegance. From the terrace, facing the sea, you can almost hear the laughter, the swish of dresses brushing against the warm stones, and conversations that lingered until dawn. Today, the house has been lovingly restored, blending heritage with modern comfort.

A design
gem
Inside, the décor — designed by Carmen Straatsma from Studio C Ibiza — plays with contrasts, all in soft harmony: rounded furniture and curves, sandy-hued lime plaster… The architecture, effortlessly fluid, feels like a grand, stationary boat, with its spiral staircases, portholes, and nautical touches. You settle into one of the nine cozy retreats, each with a sea view, some with private terraces or lounges. Egyptian cotton bedding, silk rugs by Soufiane Zarib, linen throws from Once Milano — every detail is designed to awaken the senses.
In the spacious kitchen, you can channel your inner chef at the La Canche stove, then enjoy breakfast by the pool or dinner at the large table for twenty-four, surrounded by psychedelic chairs and Venetian pendant lights. As for the Ocean Room — part yoga studio, part private nightclub — it transforms to match your mood: sunrise meditation, family movie nights, or cocktails that flow until dawn.
A vacation
vibe
Around Xarraca, you can explore the wild beauty of Cala Xarraca, one of the island’s most pristine coves. From the house, a private path leads straight to the turquoise waters: paddleboarding, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, or diving off the rocks — here, adventure and nature go hand in hand. But that’s not all. You can also unwind in the hammam, stay active (in style) with Pent fitness equipment, or simply lounge on the round Royal Botania beds, fresh juice in hand.
A suspended vegetable garden, pizza ovens, space to host dinners for up to 60 guests — everything is designed to make you feel right at home, dolce vita style. And to top it all off, the on-site services are just as impressive: private chef, daily housekeeping, and a dedicated, discreet team. “We wanted people to do nothing but enjoy. We’ll take care of the rest,” sums up one of the owners.

All around Xarraca, the sea and nature.
