"The villa is ideally located on the Beauvallon golf course in Grimaud, offering breathtaking views of both the vineyards and the famous bay of Saint-Tropez."

Located in a private estate in the heart of the Beauvallon park, Lou Paradis is a true sanctuary of simple luxury and tranquility, perfectly designed for vacations with family or friends. Discovered during the lockdown in March 2020, this house immediately captivated its owners, a Belgian-Dutch couple living in Amsterdam. The beauty and unique location of Lou Paradis did the rest, and the purchase was made in the midst of the pandemic. This dream spot, nestled between the sea and mountains and ideally located near shops and the airport, has become their vacation headquarters.

With four suites, high-end amenities, and additional hotel-style services—including a house manager, housekeeping, and a personalized welcome—the villa is just minutes from the beach, where eight guests will have access to private sunbeds. Another way to soak up the sun: lounging by the pool, tucked away among palm trees and Mediterranean flora. Welcome to paradise!

Built in the late 1990s, Lou Paradis was originally the show home of the private Beauvallon estate, a true emblem of the architecture of its time. In 2022, the villa underwent a complete transformation under its new owners. Leading the project? A dream team. The garden makeover is entrusted to English Garden, while interior design is handled by Dutch and Belgian studios, working alongside the owners—one a real estate development professional, the other specializing in hospitality and styling. The result? A meticulous makeover that modernized the spaces while preserving the villa’s Provençal soul.

Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. Upon arrival, visitors are welcomed by a house manager, with chilled champagne and rosé waiting, and two private sunbeds on the nearby beach reserved for their use. And the cherry (or cherries) on top? Dream-worthy amenities! From the luxurious beds (so comfortable that several guests have since purchased the same ones after their stay) to the chef-worthy kitchen—plus an outdoor garden kitchen that’s just as impressive—vacationing at Lou Paradis never gets old.

A villa
on the French Riviera

Lou Paradis is a perfect blend of modern luxury and Provençal architectural charm, featuring rounded arcades and terracotta floors. The spacious and bright living room is adorned with soft, earthy tones that echo the landscapes of Provence. Thoughtful details, such as heated floors and heated mirrors in the bathrooms, add an extra layer of comfort year-round.

In the dining room, a round table finished with polished concrete enhances the home’s elegant aesthetic. Artwork curated by Harry Verhoeven and furniture designed by Purdey D Design give each room its own distinctive character.

The garden has been designed with just as much care as the interiors, offering multiple inviting spaces—including a pre-dinner lounge area overlooking the vineyards and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen—ideal for making the most of sunny days. Just a few minutes from the villa, the beach and nearby restaurant provide the perfect setting to unwind or enjoy a meal with your feet in the sand.

Lou Paradis isn’t just a stunning villa—it’s also perfectly located! Just five kilometers from Saint-Tropez, it offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to all the action. Golf enthusiasts will love teeing off at the Beauvallon course, while those looking to relax will be spoiled for choice with private beaches, a pool, and seaside restaurants.

For those eager to explore, a stroll through Port Grimaud—a charming Mediterranean village—is a must, followed by a visit to Ramatuelle, a hilltop town with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Or, if you’d rather stay put, there’s plenty to enjoy right at the villa: a pétanque court, access to the estate’s tennis court, a pool, and the beach just moments away. The options are endless!
