Villa Julietta

Located in the heart of Cap Ferret, Villa Julietta is an exceptional 220 m² wooden building designed to accommodate up to 11 guests across five bedrooms. Created by architect Frédéric Thet – who views it as the inspiration for the Iconic House property, Le Cœur du Ferret – its unique style blends local architecture with a distinctly contemporary touch.

The exterior is all about relaxation and good times, with a spacious terrace equipped with a plancha, a heated pool—where guests can adjust the depth or even transform it into an extension of the terrace—and a charming annex. A lush garden and scattered sun loungers create the perfect setting to soak up the local climate. And the cherry on top? A concierge service that’s always attentive to guests’ needs. During the renovation, the villa was reimagined to offer generous living spaces—from the open-plan living and dining area to a fully transformed basement featuring a cinema room, laundry, and wine cellar—all while preserving the soul of Cap Ferret. “I chose natural materials and soft tones that harmonize with the surroundings,” explains the architect. Landes pine wood, left unfinished, was a key choice to maintain the raw, authentic character of the material. Large windows were added to flood the interiors with light and offer stunning views of the pool and garden.

The interior decor pairs light wood with black accents, while touches of beige zellige add warmth and character throughout the space. The west-facing bedrooms offer beautiful views of the pool and are perfectly laid out to ensure privacy, each featuring bathrooms with tone-on-tone tiles and washbasins that echo the natural wood finishes.

Cap Ferret is the perfect destination to soak up both the sea and nature. And the major advantage of Villa Julietta? Its unbeatable location—just 300 meters from the Bassin beaches and only 200 meters from the ocean. Around here, everyone gets around by bike. “It’s the most authentic way to experience Cap Ferret.” The villa comes with a large bike rack, and rentals can be arranged and delivered before guests even arrive.
