"Everything here is exceptional—the "Winter Garden" room with its vibrant stained-glass windows, the spacious living room, and the breathtaking terrazzo floors…"
Nestled in the heart of Cannero Riviera, in Piedmont, Villa Orsi is a magnificent residence dating back to 1905. A baroque gem reminiscent of Italy’s rich architectural heritage, the property sat abandoned for years before being beautifully restored in 2017. Accommodating up to ten guests—with two suites and two bedrooms featuring six double beds—Villa Orsi seamlessly blends the timeless charm of classic Italian design with modern comforts and refined decor.
The 3,400 m² park features a large swimming pool, a professional barbecue, and several terraces, perfect for relaxing and admiring the lake. Villa Orsi is more than just a holiday home; as the owner proudly puts it: “We have created a place where the Italian art of living truly comes to life—somewhere you feel at home while being immersed in the beauty of the landscape and history.” And the cherry on the torta? A concierge service and a delicious local breakfast, available on request.
Preserving the soul
of Villa Orsi

The highlight of Villa Orsi? The breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore.
Built in 1905, Villa Orsi was once the home of Angelo Orsi, owner of the renowned brush factory Spazzole Verbania. After standing unoccupied for many years, the villa was brought back to life by its current owners. In 2016-2017, an extensive renovation project was undertaken to restore the building’s historic soul while incorporating modern comforts.
The result? A place where old and new blend seamlessly. As the owner puts it, “We carefully restored the villa, preserving its original frescoes and architecture while adding modern amenities to ensure the utmost comfort for our guests.”

of refinement
Inside the villa, elegance and comfort are evident in every detail. Each room has been tastefully decorated, blending high-quality modern furniture with carefully restored period pieces. Renowned brands such as Baxter, Cattelan, and Gervasoni adorn the various spaces, adding a touch of sophistication throughout.
Villa Orsi features a fully equipped modern kitchen—perfect for preparing delicious pasta—a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, and a high-end audio system to enjoy music and films. As the owner explains: “We wanted to create a space that is both elegant and functional, where every detail matters to ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay.” The result? A resounding success!

Local delights
and personalized services
The villa doesn’t just offer an exceptional living environment; it’s also perfectly located to explore the region. Lake Maggiore, just steps from the villa, offers a wide range of water activities, including kayaking, pedal boating, and stand-up paddleboarding. The villa also features outdoor games, such as a pétanque court, a croquet set, and badminton rackets. For those who prefer relaxation over sport, the garden and terrace provide breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
In addition, a concierge service is available throughout the stay. The owner adds: “We strive to provide a tailored experience, with services like grocery delivery, in-house meals, or even guided tours to explore the region.” A daily breakfast can be ordered as an option, and cleaning is provided weekly, allowing guests to simply relax and enjoy! Isn’t life just bellissima?
