Perched on its hill, the pale pink Villa Pipa Polaris rises among century-old olive trees. Fully renovated and consisting of two apartments, the villa accommodates up to four guests. Here, you live the good life, soaking in the stunning views from the pool.
A villa on the hills of the French Riviera
"Here, time seems to stand still, measured by moments of contemplation and simple pleasures. At dawn, the first rays of sunlight gently kiss the bay, and on clear winter days, Corsica appears on the horizon."
Perched on a hill with breathtaking views of the Bay of Cannes and the Esterel Massif, Villa Pipa Polaris was built in 1966 and fully renovated in 2023 under the guidance of its owner, an interior architect. The vision? To transform the garden level into two independent suites, each designed as a true haven of peace. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—private lounges, direct garden access, dedicated terraces, and a discreet vestibule that connects the suites while preserving their privacy.
Today, it accommodates four guests, offering the chance to enjoy the pool, a range of services – gourmet baskets, a private chef, themed activities – high-end amenities (you’ll still dream of the bedding once you’re home), and, above all, its proximity to the most beautiful spots on the French Riviera. A true invitation to slow down and rediscover the joy of simple pleasures!

The story of Villa Pipa Polaris? A tale of chance encounters and happy accidents! Originally from Paris, its owners had never imagined settling on the French Riviera, a place they once saw as nothing more than a picturesque postcard. But a weekend visit to former neighbors who had moved to the hinterland changed everything.
Far from the clichés, they discovered a region rich in contrasts—where mountains, lakes, and the sea coexist, where authentic villages thrive, and where culture pulses with life. It was love at first sight. Just a few months later, they made the bold choice to leave everything behind and move just a few kilometers from their friends.
Living here means embracing a different rhythm, reconnecting with what truly matters. Now, eager to share their vision of a more intimate and unspoiled Côte d’Azur, they open the doors of Villa Pipa Polaris to travelers seeking that perfect balance—serenity and vibrancy, nature and culture, seclusion and connection. An invitation to discover the region that, against all odds, stole their hearts.
A renovation
down to the finest details
To transform—and elevate—the 1960s building, Valérie and her husband focused on seamlessly integrating the villa into its natural surroundings, using noble materials and a color palette drawn from the Mediterranean landscape.
Inside, the design embraces natural textures and rich hues, cultivating a warm and timeless atmosphere. The “Elula” suite stands out with its Roman-style plastered walls in a soft straw yellow, complemented by deep green accents. A large bench upholstered in luxurious Dedar fabric enhances the sense of comfort and refinement. Meanwhile, the “Bebop” suite plays with bold contrasts: pale pink lime plaster meets indigo blue and cherry red accents, creating a vibrant, contemporary aesthetic.
Each suite features high-end bedding, a thoughtfully designed sitting area, and direct outdoor access to fully immerse guests in the villa’s exceptional setting. Custom-made furniture and artisanal pieces complete the carefully curated ambiance.

Staying at Villa Pipa Polaris is all about indulging in the little pleasures that make a holiday truly special. Start your morning with a swim in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Saint-Cassien or a leisurely coffee in the village of Spéracèdes. From there, let the day unfold at your own pace—stroll through the charming alleys of Grasse, visit the renowned Maeght Foundation, explore the buzz of Cannes, or savor local flavors in Mougins. As evening falls, enjoy dinner in the village square of Cabris before returning to the villa to unwind by the pool, gazing at the starry sky that inspired its name.
To enhance the experience, several services are offered in partnership with local artisans: gourmet breakfast or dinner baskets delivered, homemade meals available upon request and also delivered, and even a private dinner by chef Julie Cornelissen, served by the pool for an unforgettable evening. Throughout the seasons, themed stays are organized: olive picking in the fall, discovering mimosa in winter, or yoga retreats in spring and autumn.
