Yet, despite its classic inspiration, this 2020-built villa stands out for its modernity—thanks to its visionary owner—and its exquisite finishes. With expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, the space is bathed in natural light year-round.
The villa showcases high-quality materials such as wood, resin, concrete, and stone, all enhanced by a marmorino finish—an ancient Venetian artisan technique that creates subtly textured walls. The result is delicate, almost glossy, with a refined, marble-like effect.
