Drawing inspiration from a hospitality concept that redefines relaxed luxury, brothers Thibaud Elzière and Robin Michel, founders of Iconic House, combine rental homes with hotel services that rival those of top-tier hotels.
These rental homes are elevated by interior designers and managed by House Managers who are dedicated to providing personalized welcomes, exceptional services, and bespoke experiences. Imbued with local soul and culture, the homes reflect the passion for beauty that drives the two brothers, who spare no effort in layout and decoration, entrusting renowned decorators with these tasks.
#1 – L’Étoile des Baux
Hidden within a lush park in the heart of Val d’Enfer, beneath the towering limestone cliffs of Les Baux-de-Provence, this property boasts an exceptional location and truly lives up to its name! This incredible Provençal farmhouse, designed as an artist’s retreat with nearly 100 works of art on display, transforms into a dream vacation home for the summer.

#2 – Le 1550
A few months after launching in Provence, Iconic House unveils a luxury chalet in Courchevel with breathtaking views of the peaks. Opened in December 2022, this first alpine property offers a unique interpretation of mountain living and an incomparable décor. It embodies the soul of a sanctuary for connoisseurs!

#3 – Les Bords du Lac
Direct access to Lake Hossegor from the aptly named property.
For the third villa in the collection, opened in July 2022 in Hossegor, the duo gave carte blanche to interior architect Dorothée Delaye. Iconic House unveils its vision of the Ocean House—a dream retreat nestled just steps away from the Atlantic’s most beautiful waves. A chic and sunny universe with a distinctly Californian vibe!
#4 – Les Hauts de Gordes
A retreat in the heart of the Luberon.
In June 2023, the fourth property of the Iconic House Collection was unveiled in Gordes. This villa is a true declaration of love for regional heritage, reinterpreted with the contemporary flair of interior architect Jérémie du Chaffaut, a native of Provence, in a passionate approach.
#5 – Le Cœur du Ferret
The latest addition, and none less impressive! For the fifth Iconic House address, all eyes are on Cap Ferret. This wooden cabin with Mexican influences is designed as a luxurious, almost secret refuge, nestled in a unique natural setting.
