A farmhouse and its 33-hectare estate
"The farmhouse is perfect for lovers of Provence and the Luberon. It’s a true gem, nestled within a vast wooded estate, crossed by the Aiguebrun river."
A charming village in the Luberon, just 15 minutes from Gordes, Bonnieux is home to many beautiful farmhouses, these typically Provençal buildings once used for agricultural activities. But the Mas de l’Aiguebrun – named after the river that winds through the estate, its gentle flow audible from the house – stands out from the rest. Built in the 11th century, this nearly 600 m² stone building seamlessly blends historical details with modern comfort.
Designed to accommodate 15 guests—with seven rooms and six bathrooms—the farmhouse is fully equipped, ensuring your stay is filled with activities throughout the estate. Enjoy a forest walk, sunbathe by the pool, play tennis or pétanque… For the children, the secure treehouse in the woods will quickly become their favorite play area. To top it all off, a concierge service is available, offering a range of personalized services, from a private chef and personal trainer to organizing surprise birthday parties.
Beautify
the old
During the 2024 renovation of Mas de l’Aiguebrun, the goal was to preserve the soul of the farmhouse while integrating modern elements to meet guests’ expectations. The typical Provençal stone building, with walls a meter thick, was enhanced with sliding doors—galandages—that seamlessly connect the interior with the natural surroundings. Large glass windows offer spectacular views of the countryside and the Aiguebrun river winding nearby. The estate was further enriched with outdoor features, including a charming stone courtyard with a period fountain, the perfect spot to read while listening to the gentle sound of water.
“The stone building feels like a lovely village straight out of a Pagnol film, centered around an inner courtyard with unobstructed, breathtaking views of the countryside,” says Gary, the proud owner, clearly enchanted by the place!

The farmhouse's beautiful original stonework.
"In terms of privacy and intimacy, the farmhouse is ideal, thanks to its location within a vast private estate."
Provençal
elegance
The interior of Mas de l’Aiguebrun is a tribute to Provençal tradition. The décor, featuring soft, natural tones like white, off-white, and wood, creates a warm and soothing atmosphere. Noble materials such as old wrought iron, stone, and wood are omnipresent, lending a bohemian yet refined ambiance. The rattan furniture and decorative items enhance the impressive volumes of the farmhouse, including a 120 m² cathedral-style living room with five-meter-high ceilings.
Each room has been designed to harmonize perfectly with the farmhouse’s architecture and its exterior, creating a truly cinematic setting. The amenities are of the highest standard: a pool over 20 meters long, a tennis court, and a children’s playhouse with a view of the pool. Guests can also enjoy a Defender, available for exploring the estate and its stunning natural surroundings.

Like a movie set.
