Designed as a boutique hotel, the Mas offers the best of both worlds: the comfort of a private home with comprehensive services. Here, you’ll receive a warm welcome tailored to your needs: personalized check-in, daily breakfast, housekeeping services during your stay, and attentive concierge service; the Mas’s house managers are dedicated to accommodating every need. An excellent place for reunions
Mas des Bonnettes, facing the sea!
In the heart of the Port-Cros National Park, between Hyères and Toulon, lies Le Pradet. Located on the coast and a stone’s throw away from natural wonders like La Colle Noire massif and the Golden Isles, the village and its shops can be reached with just a ten-minute walk from the secluded estate of Mas des Bonnettes.
Within this idyllic backdrop, Mas des Bonnettes reveals itself as an elegant retreat capable of hosting up to 20 guests, ingeniously accommodated in six independent suites, three of which are located in the main bastide and three others in separate buildings. Each of the six modern and practical suites comes with its own kitchen, offering the flexibility to cater for oneself or to enlist the services of the property’s chef for daily meals or for lavish outdoor celebrations.
A unique natural setting
The four-hectare park is a true Mediterranean haven. Lush with flowers, it abounds with laurels, bougainvilleas, callistemons, mimosas, and daisies! Palm trees, cacti, cedars, cypresses, lime trees, and of course: olive trees, some of which are 300 years old, provide a verdant landscape and a striking contrast with the blue of the sea in the distance. When it comes to aromatic plants, the scents of laurel leaves, thyme, and rosemary pervade, serving as the quintessential elements of Provençal cooking.
To make the most of the surroundings, the on-site leisure amenities are a delightful bonus. The private tennis court is a small luxury, especially appreciated given that one can easily take a dip to cool off: whether in the pool or the sea, the choice is yours!
Imagine a refreshing swim with a sea view in the 130m2 pool, surrounded by nature? The experience is magnificent. The conviviality of the petanque court and the jacuzzi complement the outdoor activity options. Plus, there’s a smaller pool designed for children, ensuring they can safely enjoy water play.

A preserved heritage
In a region where the preservation of nature is paramount, Mas des Bonnettes stands as a testament to this heritage. The property, dating back to the 19th century, was acquired in 2017 by a family eager to create a little paradise and offer exceptional moments while respecting this natural haven. A testament to the property’s heritage and attention to detail is the quaint washhouse nestled within the garden. This Provençal-style mansion, once in a state of disrepair, underwent over two years of extensive renovations before it could welcome guests. Special care was devoted to achieving luxurious finishes and incorporating designer furnishings, particularly those from the renowned Italian brand Gervasoni.
A fabulous library
The library is undoubtedly our favorite part of the house. Located in the Toulon suite – the largest of the four rooms with its spacious terrace – this unique mezzanine room is adorned with woodwork and showcases where ancient books are stored: it’s literally the perfect place to settle in and read; not to mention the balcony with a sea view…
The vacation vibe naturally takes over here. Two electric bikes are at your disposal for exploring the nearby beauty spots along the bike path with ease. Should you need more, a rental shop conveniently located just outside the property can supply additional bikes, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to embark on their own cycling adventure.
